Part of a street art project for the Festival International de Géographie at the Friche du Souche, a former paper mill in Anould. One building on the site is becoming Campus Cambium, a training center for safety, security and rescue professions.

💃 A Dancer and a Blue Ring — By INO in Berlin, Germany 🇩🇪

🚲 “Marathon” — By Jorge Charrua in Amadora, Portugal 🇵🇹

👧 Sepia Portraits — By Guido van Helten in Salerno, Italy 🇮🇹

🌀 Letters From a Pink Frame — By Dyset in Ingolstadt, Germany 🇩🇪
Patterned letter shapes twist out of a deep pink frame on the apartment building. Turquoise lines, salmon-colored curves and purple strokes make the flat wall appear to open into a box.
Painted for GWG Ingolstadt at Richard-Strauss-Straße 2. The piece marks 30 years since Dyset started painting graffiti in 1996.

✈️ A Pig Takes Flight — By Scaf
A smiling pig pilots a red propeller plane that appears to burst through the barn wall. A person poses behind the painted cockpit, completing the illusion of a second passenger.
Scaf is a self-taught French artist who often paints in abandoned factories and photographs finished walls by stepping into the scene himself, according to My Modern Met.
💡 Nerd Fact: The shark teeth on the plane’s nose echo the fangs painted on the P-40s of the Flying Tigers. The design traced back to a magazine photo of No. 112 Squadron Tomahawks in North Africa, according to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum.

🦜 Birds Across a Tropical Wall — By Vives Art20 in Cartagena, Colombia 🇨🇴
A toucan and a blue-and-white kingfisher occupy the center of a long wall, with a frog, flamingo and iguana nearby. The closer view picks out their beaks and feathers against mangrove roots and a yellow sky.
💡 Nerd Fact: A toucan’s oversized bill works as a heat radiator. In a study of toco toucans, blood flow to the bill increased above about 70°F, which helps the bird shed extra heat.
