🐓 “MONO NO FU” — A Mechanical Rooster Carries a Frog and a House — PSOMAN, Evere, Brussels, Belgium 🇧🇪
A rooster built from panels, bolts and pipes strides across a pale gable. A green frog and a tiny wooden house ride on its back, while violet and blue tail feathers fan out behind.
PSOMAN painted “MONO NO FU” in Evere for the third Racines Festival, which brought nearly forty artists from Belgium, Morocco, Senegal, France and Australia to the municipality in September 2026. Graffiti artist HMI (Fouad Hachmi) started the festival in 2022 with Big Up, L’Entrela’ and the Commune of Evere.

🌓 “THAT WAS NOW / THIS IS THEN” — A Profile Wraps a Bridge Pillar — EPOD, Glasgow, Scotland, UK 🇬🇧

EPOD painted “THAT WAS NOW / THIS IS THEN” as two 12-meter pillar works under Kingston Bridge. The pillars were first painted in spring for Yardworks’ 16-pillar project, then buffed for the filming of a Batman movie; the artists came back afterward to paint them again.

🤲 “Valentía” — Two Giant Hands Reach Across an Apartment Block — Taquen, Valence, France 🇫🇷
Two enormous hands reach across the rose-colored side of an apartment block, fingers curling between the small windows. A bird’s dark shadow drops toward the lower corner, near the balconies.
The Spanish artist painted the wall from September 4 to 9 during Walls & Love 2026, one of four permanent murals in this year’s festival. Find it at 11–13 Rue Barthélémy Roux.

🌀 Tumbling Bodies Pile Up Across a Pink Gable — Damien Mitchell, Hackensack, New Jersey, USA 🇺🇸

Damien Mitchell painted the wall at 126 State Street for the Main Street Business Alliance, the downtown business group in Hackensack.

🫂 “Sopravvivimi” — A Young Woman Holds Her Knees — LIGAMA, Linguaglossa, Sicily, Italy 🇮🇹

LIGAMA made “Sopravvivimi” (“Survive me”) with the Fondazione Federico II and the Comune di Linguaglossa. The Sicilian painter left his teaching post at the Academy of Fine Arts in 2015 to paint full-time.

😛 A Wide-Eyed Man Sticks Out His Tongue — JEKS, Greensboro, North Carolina, USA 🇺🇸

🐬 A Portrait Holds Pink Dolphins and a River Town — Dedeh Farias, Santarém, Pará, Brazil 🇧🇷

💡 Nerd Fact: The pink dolphins are botos. The Amazon river dolphin lives only in freshwater, across the Amazon and Orinoco basins in seven countries, and can grow up to 9.2 feet long.

👻 “The Hour Between Worlds” — A Blue-Faced Woman Among Yellow Ghosts — Jas La Diosa, Clinton, Iowa, USA 🇺🇸

⚽ A Girl Flies Toward a Soccer Ball — Chan Thirteen

Chan Thirteen lives and works in Guangzhou. After a doctorate at Harvard, he developed his graffiti without a formal teacher, alongside designing watches.

🧺 “Phantoms” — A Market Crowd Wraps a Round Building — Matthieu Pommier, Limassol, Cyprus 🇨🇾
Shoppers carrying bags walk between market stalls and a boxy machine, drawn in flat teal, orange, red and purple planes. The curve of the round building pulls the crowd out of view.
Pommier painted “Phantoms” at ETKO in Limassol, which invites international artists to paint its industrial grounds each year. The French artist’s 2026 companions there were Stefan Stanojevic and Fintan Magee.

🎨 “Fragments of Tomorrow” — A Woman With a Spray Can in Neon Geometry — Hardthirteen, Rotterdam, Netherlands 🇳🇱

The woman is Hardthirteen’s wife. The Indonesian artist, Bernhard Suryaningrat, painted “Fragments of Tomorrow” in Lombardijen for ALL CAPS 2026, held from September 6 to 13.
💡 Nerd Fact: The festival previously ran as POW! WOW! Rotterdam. It became ALL CAPS in 2022 after leaving the international POW! WOW! network. The name nods to spray-can caps, capital-letter graffiti and MF DOOM.

🎼 Handel Wears a Respirator and Holds a Spray Can — INTO, Halle (Saale), Germany 🇩🇪
George Frideric Handel looks out in his full white wig, but a gray paint respirator covers his mouth and nose. His hand holds a spray can at the edge of the wall, beside a set of metal steps.
INTO painted the portrait beneath the Schieferbrücke, the footbridge by the MMZ media center on Mansfelder Straße.
💡 Nerd Fact: Handel was born in Halle on February 23, 1685, in the house that is now the Handel House museum. He was baptized the next day in the Marktkirche, where he later learned to play the organ.

🗣️ Mirrored Faces Open Their Mouths — Korolenco.181, Bucharest, Romania 🇷🇴
Pink and purple faces repeat in a mirrored grid, their mouths open and eyes closed. Yellow paint drips from the eyes and lips, and a yellow “Street Wise” tag sits in the middle.
Korolenco.181 painted the wall during Streetwise Festival 2026, three days of live painting from September 4 to 6 in the Lujerului railway passage in Parcul Liniei.

🦁 A Stone Lion Between Golden Leaves — SKEM, Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe, France 🇫🇷
A gray lion’s head snarls from an ornate stone frame under a cloudy sky. Two bursts of golden leaves spread from either side, and gold SKEM letters sit across the base of the wall.
SKEM was born in 1985 in France’s Drôme department to a father from Guadeloupe and settled on the island in 2012. He taught himself graffiti in the late 1990s.

🐟 A Grouper Swims Beside a Woman’s Face — Nauni, Mojácar, Spain 🇪🇸

🐞 A Giant Insect Over Purple Letters — JERMS PMW + EZOR-184, Pons, France 🇫🇷

The piece comes from the Pons Graffiti Jam on August 29–30, 2026, where the theme was insects and nature. EZOR, from Pons, heads Artbondance, the association that runs the jam; JERMS came from Cognac.
