🌻 A Star-Shaped Flower Rises Over a Twisting Sea Creature — By Mikołaj Rejs in Kraków, Poland 🇵🇱
A glowing star-shaped flower opens above twisting copper and red bands, set against a night sky of blue clouds and stars. Pale green lace ornaments frame the whole end wall, and a tiny man in a hat stands beside the number 37.
Titled Zegar słonecznikowy (Sunflower Clock), it was unveiled in June 2026 at Siemaszki 37 with the foundation Zróbmy Sobie Kraków.
💡 Nerd Fact: A sundial shows the time by the position of a shadow cast by an object in the sun’s rays. Here the flower itself works as the dial.
