Smart glasses meet a London Underground protest

Three unofficial blue stickers borrow the look of London Underground notices to criticise smart glasses. Activist collective Everyone Hates Elon shared these photographs on September 11, 2026.

A notice for smart-glasses users

The first sticker sits below a route map inside a carriage. A white camera-glasses icon and wireless symbol occupy the upper half; beneath them, a notice addresses wearers with an insult. The format looks familiar even before the message is read.

A message for Mark Zuckerberg

The second sticker repeats the camera-glasses icon on a metal train door, changing the message to a taunt involving Mark Zuckerberg. The collective had already shared a London bus-stop poster criticising Meta’s smart glasses in July.

Pictograms join the protest

Three figures point and laugh at a person wearing smart glasses. Below them, the sticker encourages public shaming across the Underground network.
