New street art from walls around the world
A tiger formed from red ornamental curls and a lantern-lit portrait join twenty recently shared street artworks, from Bottmingen to Brussels.
💥 A Pop-Comic Collage Wraps Around the Windows — Bustart, Bottmingen, Switzerland 🇨🇭
A smiling comic-book woman fills one side of a gable crowded with a cartoon rabbit, a car and flying meteor-like forms. Pink, turquoise and yellow panels cross the real windows, while large white lettering runs beneath the roof.
Bustart created this mural at Kreuzackerhägli 16 in Bottmingen for Temporary, organized by Urbane Kunst in the Basel area. Public access to the house and grounds was limited to the exhibition days, 5–6 and 12–13 September 2026.
💡 Nerd Fact: Temporary occupied a vacant house that was already scheduled for demolition. Urbane Kunst invited artists to transform both its interior and exterior, making the building’s planned disappearance part of the exhibition’s premise.

🍊 “Estacións” — Orange Fruit and Folded Fabric Fill a Gable — Matthieu Pommier, Órdenes, Spain 🇪🇸

💡 Nerd Fact: Matthieu Pommier trained in industrial design and previously painted graffiti as Velvet. After beginning on walls in western France in the early 2000s, he gradually shifted from spray paint toward acrylic and oil, using those media both for murals and studio paintings.

🏮 “A Journey” — A Lantern Lights a Portrait Among Flowers — Nico Cathcart, Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic 🇨🇿

Cathcart painted “A Journey” in acrylic on concrete for Město=Galerie 2026 in Mladá Boleslav. She credits her fellow Few and Far artist @memersweets as the model for the portrait.
💡 Nerd Fact: Nico Cathcart is a deaf/hard-of-hearing muralist. The festival biography notes that she often uses birds in her work to open a dialogue about her hearing loss.

🎪 “The Circus” — Three Horses Rear Before a Circus Crowd — Edosa Ogiugo, Houston, Texas, USA 🇺🇸
Three rearing horses dominate a bright yellow circus ring beneath red-and-white striped canopy edges. A central performer stretches both arms outward above the white horse, with rows of spectators painted in violet and blue behind them.
“The Circus” was created at Tom Bass Regional Park for Legacies of Change with Street Art Mankind. The source records 3452 Fellows Road and credits the photograph to Dr. Derek. The two views show the same mural.

🥽 A Goggled Figure Splits Into Portrait Fragments — Claudio Ethos, Amsterdam, Netherlands 🇳🇱

👁️ Two Faces Interlock in Blue and Violet — AP Set, Naples, Italy 🇮🇹
