TinKicker puts Donald Trump in a wheelie bin

Wexford artist TinKicker brings The Trash Talker to a Dublin pavement. Donald Trump rises from a wheelie bin, one fist raised and a banana peel on his head. These three photographs show the sculpture outside Teal House Gallery at 6 South Anne Street.

The Trash Talker — TinKicker in Dublin, Ireland 🇮🇪

Teal House Gallery describes the sculpture as satire about political power and the performance surrounding public figures. Its accompanying text sums up the work with a line: “The bin is Irish. The behaviour is universal.”

From St Mullins to Dublin

In its account of the work, Teal House Gallery says The Trash Talker was first unveiled at Can-al Fest in St Mullins, Ireland. The gallery then announced a public unveiling in Dublin on September 12, 2026, with remarks from the artist and gallery.
