SeyB painted a giant shark on the façade of a Val Touraine Habitat residence at 8 rue des Remparts in Savigné-sur-Lathan in June 2023, for the 50th anniversary of the village’s fossil museum. In February 2024 the mural won the Golden Street Art 2023 title as the best street art work painted in France that year.

Every stamp links to the dated source. The green stamp is the set of photos on trompe-l’oeil.info, which the site dates “clichés Août 2023”; amber stamps are reports. ICI Touraine’s finalist report of 6 February 2024 quotes a neighbour who passes the mural every day. The newest dated report we found is the tourist office’s street art walk of 1 July 2024, which sends visitors to the mural at 8 rue des Remparts. We found no dated photo of the wall newer than August 2023.

“Val Touraine Habitat est partenaire du cinquantième anniversaire du musée du Savignéen, à travers la mise à disposition d’un mur d’une de ses résidences (« le Bourg 1 ») à Savigné-sur-Lathan pour la réalisation d’une grande fresque murale.”
The landlord’s own news item, in French: it took part in the museum’s 50th anniversary by providing a wall of its residence “le Bourg 1” for a large mural. It gives the theme as “Au temps des mégalodons” and says the project was run by the association Pour vos yeux and SeyB.
